CrossFit Bloomfield is absolutely, 100%, the best athletic endeavor I have ever been involved with! Jordan and the other members are so supportive and motivating making the hardest workouts fun and inspiring. When I first started I felt a little (ok maybe a lot) intimated but Jordan quickly scaled my workouts based on my fitness level at that time. I have always felt encouraged, and I have found that I love pushing my body to its limits. When I joined CrossFit Bloomfield, I believed I was in fairly good shape for my age, but 6 weeks later, I realize I only thought I was. I look great! “I found CrossFit Bloomfield on Facebook, when I noticed that some of my friends were fans. For about two years I have not done any regular exercise, except walking my dog in the warmer months. I have a treadmill that I never use, and I have invested in exercise DVD’s to try to workout on my own.
