Everything we do from our performance in the gym to our quality of sleep at night relies on steadily nourishing our bodies.
Have you tried Keto, Low-Carb, Paleo, Weight Watchers, or any of the other fad diets out there without seeing results? Or maybe your results weren’t sustainable and the diet was difficult to maintain with your lifestyle. You aren’t alone.
Every person is different – different genes, different activity levels, different food preferences, different goals – so there is no “one size fits all” diet. Better yet, any of these fat diets, won’t continue to improve and change to match your goals as they continue to change and evolve?
Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines a foundation of nutrition education with behavioral change and accountability to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No shakes, no short-term, no elimination or restriction; we aim to provide the tools to you that you will need for long term success, with whatever your goals may be.
Dana Goldberg, MS, RDN, CLT is a Registered Dietitian, Master of Science in nutrition, and the face behind the CFB nutrition program. Dana will work 1-on-1 with you to find an approach that fits YOUR wants, needs, goals, and lifestyle. Each client gets a plan that is 100% individualized, no generic diets or meal plans here.
Healthy eating is more than just a 1-hour education session and week-long meal plan. That is why Dana will work with you on an ongoing basis – weekly or biweekly – to continuously improve and adjust your plan to help you meet your goals. During your first appointment, Dana will learn about you, your history, and your current goals, then determine which approach will be best for you. Whether it is macro coaching, calorie counting, intuitive eating, a combination of a few, or none of the above, we will work together to choose an approach that matches your goals and lifestyle.
Each follow-up appointment is guided by how the previous week went and any new needs you might have. Some topics that are often covered include things that went well, things that could be improved, motivation and mindset, food tips and suggestions, and how to stay on path with your goals while still enjoying holidays, social gatherings, and everyday life.
Between each appointment, you always have access to Dana for accountability, support, and any questions you might have.
A successful and sustainable nutrition program takes time (several months to a year) to become a habit and part of everyday routine. However, once clients are consistently hitting their goals and seeing the results they want, ongoing accountability and support programs are available to help maintain success for the long-term.
