Join our coaches to spend an hour focused on the snatch and the clean and jerk. Develop your strength, speed and flexibility to take your weightlifting to the next level.

Understand the minutiae of these highly technical lifts. Identify and correct faults. Learn how to progress and regress to achieve long-term success.

Be prepared to be meticulous, patient and consistent. The emphasis will always be on nailing the basics, and you will earn your heavy lifts. Effort and a commitment to mastery are what will set you apart.

Whether you are a beginner or have been lifting for years, expect to gain a deeper understanding of weightlifting and, ultimately, a heavier barbell.
